The Hikvision DS-K1T671TM-3XF Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal can measure skin-surface temperatures between 30°C and 45°C quickly and to an accuracy of ±0.5°C.* The Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal measures temperature upon face detection and without identity authentication, increasing the efficiency of temperature screening.

The authentication page displays temperature measurements. When the Hikvision DS-K1T671TM-3XF Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal detects an out-of-range temperature, it issues an audible voice prompt or alert and uploads the data to the security center. This setup allows security or temperature-screening personnel to keep a safe distance from those they screen.

The Hikvision DS-K1T671TM-3XF Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal transfers online and offline temperature data to the user’s chosen software via TCP/IP communication. Temperature data is saved to the user’s software.

The user’s software can download this data, along with temperature data, from the Hikvision DS-K1T671TM-3XF Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal. Similarly, the user’s software can upload data to the terminal.

Practical Design

The Hikvision Terminal includes a watchdog design with a tamper function and connects to a secure door control via the RS-485 protocol, preventing the door from opening if the terminal is destroyed.

In addition to this, you can connect the Hikvision Face Recognition & Temperature-Screening Terminal to an access controller or Wiegand card reader using a Wiegand protocol.
