Description

This conference table connectivity pop up box with AV and data ports features a concealed, in-table design that lets you connect a VGA, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI or composite video source device to an HDMI display. When the box isn’t in use, you can slide the cover panel over the connectors, hiding them inside the table. Easy Accessibility Presenters can conveniently share content from their device with the conference table box automatically converting any attached audio / video source device into a single HDMI output.

Installation suggestion (A manual which will come with the connection box): Panel size: 10.5″ x 4.6″ (266 x 117mm). Suggested hole cut size: 8.9″ x 4.33″ (225 x 110mm). For better fix the socket into the hole, we suggest drilling four 0.6″ x 0.6″ (15 x 15mm) small holes depth 0.18″ (4.5mm) on the hole, or fabricating a 10″ x 4.33″ (256 x 110mm) counterbored hole depth 0.18″ (4.5mm).

Tips: If you use 4.92ft (1.5 meters) male to female cable to plug into the HDMI outlet, the wire gauge should be 28 AWG. 16.4-32.8ft long cable (5-10 meters) – 26 AWG wire 32.8-39.4ft long cable (10-12 meters) – 24 AWG wire 39.4-49.2ft long cable (12-15 meters) – 22 AWG wire If the cable length is longer than 50ft, we suggest you to use a HDMI signal amplifier to increase the signal strength.
