The Grandstream GWN7052F (and its variant GWN7052) is a business-grade dual-band Wi-Fi router designed to deliver reliable, high-performance wireless connectivity with integrated fiber uplink capability. It supports IEEE 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) with MU-MIMO, enabling aggregated wireless throughput of up to ~1.27 Gbps.

What sets the “F” variant apart is the inclusion of a fiber / SFP port for uplink, which allows you to connect to fiber backbone or longer distance links. This makes it especially attractive for deployments in offices, multi-dwelling units, or networks where fiber is part of the backbone infrastructure.
